Our workplace environment is fast paced and dynamic, and focus and attention to detail are a must for team members. As in-person delivery is a big part of what we do, most full-time positions require a current, clean driver’s license and a willingness and ability to drive larger vehicles (Non-CDL in most cases). Refer to the job posting for which you are applying for specific requirements.
Dress code is casual; However a certain degree of decorum is required for delivery drivers and sales reps. Most positions have a greater-than-average degree of shift flexibility. Overtime is available more often than not.
Since we handle livestock, conscientiousness about animal and fish welfare is a must, and some degree of live animal experience is a big plus for employment consideration. Please be sure to include any relevant experience in your application and/or resume.
